Built around the outcome you need.

Four ways we put engineering and AI to work, packaged around the result you're after, not a line item on an invoice.

Client results

Real problems, real outcomes.

A look behind three recent builds: the problem, what we built, and what shipped.

Case 01

Flow Folio

Fintech SaaS, multi-tenant platform for reconciliation exceptions

A multi-tenant SaaS platform for orphan transactions, the payments that land in a company's systems and match nothing. Bank feeds, gateways, e-commerce, and point of sale all arrive in one queue where every item gets an owner, a due date, and a decision.

Flow Folio, One queue, wherever the money came fromFlow Folio, Set up a workspace in four steps
The problem

Transactions that match nothing get worked in spreadsheets and email threads, so nobody can say who owns an item, when it is due, or what was already decided.

What we built

One queue fed by bank feeds, gateways, e-commerce, and point of sale, a four-step wizard that onboards a company without a call, and sealed workspaces per tenant.

The results

Teams cleared 785 of 1,245 orphan transactions in the pilot, and three companies now run 30 sources and 60 users on the platform.

Case 02

Boxline Logistics

Logistics and freight platform, iOS and Android app with an operations dashboard

A logistics and freight platform: a mobile app to book shipments and track them live on a map, plus a web dashboard that runs shipments, orders, vehicles, drivers, and routes from one screen.

The problem

Logistics runs on scattered tools and phone calls, so customers cannot see where a shipment is and operators track vehicles and drivers across spreadsheets.

What we built

We built both sides: a cross-platform app to book and track shipments live, a real-time tracking engine, and one dashboard to run shipments, vehicles, drivers, and routes.

The results

Shipped to both app stores from one codebase and moved 2,842 shipments at a 92.3 percent on-time rate in its first quarter.

Case 03

Almarii

Fashion rental marketplace, iOS and Android app with an operator dashboard

A two-sided fashion rental platform: a consumer app to browse, size, and book designer outfits by the day, plus a web dashboard that runs inventory, rentals, returns, and payouts from one screen.

The problem

Renting clothing is harder than selling it. Every garment is a single unit, so a spreadsheet could never promise a shopper their dates were free.

What we built

We built both sides: a cross-platform app to browse and book, an availability engine so two people never book the same piece, and a dashboard to run it all.

The results

Shipped to both app stores from one codebase and booked over 1,248 rentals in its first quarter, up 22.7 percent week on week.

Why AppForger

Everything that could go wrong with an agency, ruled out.

The questions every founder asks before signing, answered up front.

01

Senior engineers only

Your project is never outsourced or handed off to a junior developer. You work directly with senior engineers, start to finish.

02

Transparent communication

You get a dedicated Slack channel, a live project board, and a weekly video demo, so you always know exactly where things stand.

03

Strict NDA & security

We sign an NDA before the first technical call. Every deploy follows OWASP practices, and your code and data stay in your own accounts.

04

Clean, maintainable code

Every codebase ships documented and built to modern standards, so your internal team can take it over any time you want.

05

Fixed price & on-time

Your scope and price are locked in before development starts. No surprise invoices, no scope creep billed by the hour.

06

Post-launch warranty

Every launch comes with 30 days of free bug fixes and monitoring, so you're covered the moment real users show up.

Client words

The kind of feedback we work for.

From founders shipping their first product to CTOs running platforms at scale.

AppForger took our MVP from Figma to the App Store in seven weeks, and it didn't fall over on launch day.
Priya NadkarniFounder & CEO at Kestrel
We shipped a product our customers onboard themselves onto. No setup calls, no implementation week, no spreadsheets.
Marc DevlinVP of Engineering at Flow Folio
The only vendor we keep on retainer. The SLAs are real and the support is genuinely 24/7.
Susan OkaforCTO at Habitat Logistics
We came with a vague idea and left with a platform our whole company runs on. On time, on budget.
Jonas ReyesCOO at Orbit Commerce
Our infra costs dropped by a third after the migration, and deploys went from a weekly event to a non-event.
Amara KoneHead of Platform at Cumulus
They own the outcome, not just the tickets. It's the first agency that's felt like an actual engineering team.
