How we engage

From a one-line fix to a dedicated team.

However you need to work with us, whether that's a quick change, a fixed-scope build, or an embedded team, there's a model that fits. No project is too small or too big.

Engagement models

Four ways to work with us.

Pick the shape that fits where you are. Not sure? Tell us the problem and we'll point you to the right one, honestly.

Fixes & small changes

Ad-hoc & Fixes

Hourly or a small fixed quote

A bug, a broken deploy, or a small feature on a product you already run. There is no retainer and no minimum, just the fix, scoped and shipped.

  • Bugs, tweaks, and small features
  • No monthly minimum or lock-in
  • Usually turned around in days
  • You own every change we make

Questions

Before you ask.

The things clients want to know first. If you have anything else, just ask.

How much does app development cost?

It depends on scope. A fast landing page or brochure site starts from $1.5k. A focused MVP starts around $9k. A multi-platform build with integrations and cloud infrastructure typically runs from $30k. Larger, custom platforms are scoped individually, typically from around $60k. In our first call we map your needs across pages, features, urgency, and integrations, and agree a fair, fixed number before any code is written.

I don't have a big budget, but can you still help?

Yes. Not every project needs a full MVP build, and our Launch tier exists for exactly that. It's a fast, focused site from $1.5k. We'll always recommend the smallest scope that actually solves your problem, not the biggest one we could sell you.

How long until we launch?

A lean MVP usually takes four to eight weeks. A complete web and mobile product runs eight to sixteen weeks depending on complexity. These ranges include design, our review cycles, and the time you spend supplying content. If your specs and content are ready up front, delivery is faster.

Do we own the code?

Yes, completely, from the first commit. Everything lives in your repositories and your cloud accounts. There's no lock-in, no proprietary runtime, and no hostage situation. If you ever want to take it in-house or move on, you can.

Do you publish to the App Store and Google Play?

We do, end to end. Certificates, provisioning, store listings, review submission, and release management are all handled. We can publish under your developer accounts or help you set them up.

What does post-launch support include?

Post-launch support includes monitoring and alerting, bug fixes, security patches, dependency upkeep, and iteration on the roadmap. At the Forge tier this is backed by SLAs and 24/7 on-call. Lower tiers include a fixed support window with options to extend.

Which cloud do you use?

We work with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, whichever fits your needs, existing footprint, and budget. We can also manage VPS or dedicated servers directly. Infrastructure is defined as code, so it's reproducible and portable between providers.
