Overview
Boxline Logistics is a logistics and freight management platform. Customers book and follow shipments in real time from a native app, while the operator runs shipments, orders, vehicles, drivers, and routes from a single web dashboard. We designed and built both sides from the ground up.
The challenge
Logistics runs on scattered tools and phone calls. Customers cannot see where a shipment is, so they ring to ask, and the operator tracks vehicles, drivers, and delivery status across spreadsheets and messages. Boxline Logistics wanted one platform where a customer watches a delivery move in real time and an operator runs the whole fleet from a single screen.
Our approach
Cross-platform app
One app for iOS and Android from a single codebase. Customers book a shipment, track it live on a map with an on-time arrival estimate, and message or call the driver without leaving the screen.
Real-time tracking engine
Every vehicle streams its position as it moves, so the customer's map, the arrival time, and the operator's dashboard all update together instead of drifting out of date.
Operations dashboard
One screen turns the fleet into a live view of shipments, orders, vehicles, drivers, and revenue, with route planning and delivery status broken down by location and vendor.

Boxline Logistics shipped to the App Store and Google Play from one codebase, and the operator now runs the business from a single dashboard. In its first quarter it moved 2,842 shipments at a 92.3 percent on-time rate, kept 386 in transit at once, and passed 186,760 dollars in revenue, up 9.9 percent, with customers following every delivery live instead of calling to ask.
