- Work directly with engineers on design that ships, not just mockups.
- Champion accessibility and clarity over decoration.

- 4+ years designing digital products.
- Strong systems thinking and a portfolio that shows it.
- Fluent in Figma; comfortable working with design tokens.
- You care how the design actually gets built.
